Annual Fund
Manager

The Annual
Fund Manager will be responsible for: developing, executing and analyzing
all direct marketing campaigns; collaborating with the Communications
Coordinator to develop designs and copy for direct marketing campaigns;
planning, managing and executing all special events; managing and
implementing all community-based fundraising campaigns (including school,
church and organization campaigns); soliciting and securing individual and
corporate annual gifts and sponsorships; and writing grants.
The ideal
candidate for the Annual Fund Manager position will have a Bachelor’s
degree; 3 years marketing, fundraising or sales experience; demonstrated
ability to plan and manage projects; and excellent written and oral
communication skills. Occasional nights/weekend hours required.
Special Events
Coordinator
Position closes May 14, 2008
The Special
Events Coordinator will develop timelines, coordinate and execute all
special event logistics and details; solicit and secure in-kind sponsors for
special events and Ronald McDonald House operations; collaborate with the
Volunteer Coordinator to secure special event volunteers and manage all
special event volunteers; collaborate with the Communications Coordinator
for all design, public relations and advertising support for special events;
and serve as the liaison for all 3rd party fundraising events.
The ideal
candidate for the Special Events Coordinator position will have a Bachelor’s
degree and experience in fundraising, marketing or sales; excellent written
and oral communication skills and strong organizational skills. Occasional
nights/weekend hours required.
Communications
Coordinator Position
closes May 14, 2008
The
Communcations Coordinator will write and produce all print and web-based
communications, including the quarterly newsletter and E-news distributions;
write and post news articles and updated information on the Ronald McDonald
House of Memphis website; design and produce all fundraising, marketing and
promotional materials, including special event invitations, flyers and other
campaign collateral; write and distribute all media releases; and cultivate
and maintain media contacts and relationships. Occasional nights/weekend
hours required.
The ideal
candidate for the Communications Coordinator position will have a Bachelor’s
degree; 2 years experience in public relations, communications or marketing;
excellent written and oral communication skills.
